All Fired Up, Richmond’s Original Paint Your Own Ceramics Studio, is looking for enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated applicants to join the teams at both the Midlothian and Short Pump studios!

All Fired Up has a fun, fast paced environment where we our customers to feel relaxed and comfortable creating not only beautiful art pieces but also wonderful memories with family and friends. If you enjoy helping children and adults reach their full creative potential, All Fired Up might be the place for you.

Key responsibilities:
Sales Associates work to welcome and educate customers on the clay, ceramic and glass processes. The Sales Associate is here to inspire, guide, teach and clean up after our customers. He or she conducts monetary transactions and records customer information. He or she maintains cleanliness, organization and the appearance of the shop. Above all, the Sales Associate is the “face” of All Fired Up as he or she has the primary interaction with the customer.

Job requirements:
Candidates must be outgoing, fun, detail-oriented, multi-taskers, able to work in teams or independently and comfortable talking to strangers and large groups of adults and/or children.

Physical requirements:
Candidates must be comfortable with constant standing/walking; occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling; occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs; ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps; and frequent, careful handling of ceramic pieces.
